1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the item ordered:
• UK: From 3-5 business days to 7–15 business days
• US/Canada: 10–20 business days
• Europe: 10–20 business days
• Other Countries: 15–30 business days

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen issues beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and product weight.

In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 1–3 days of dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PetVibe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Delivery Issues

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 business days.

We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect address input or refusal to accept delivery.

7. Split Shipments

To ensure timely delivery, items may be shipped in separate packages based on availability and warehouse location.
